After the snow sculptures, it started to snow pretty hard. It wasn't looking plesant, so we headed indoors to a third story coffee shop, which gave us a beautiful view of the city. I love that in Sapporo, they have baskets for your stuff (because the floor is always wet from snow) and little blankets for your lap. It really is considerate things like that that I love about Japan!

A quick coffee break
After the snow sculptures, it started to snow pretty hard. It wasn't looking plesant, so we headed indoors to a third story coffee shop, which gave us a beautiful view of the city. I love that in Sapporo, they have baskets for your stuff (because the floor is always wet from snow) and little blankets for your lap.
