A pretty pink building

I have no clue what this building is, probably a flat, or some important building, it really could be either! I saw it while we were walking along some tiny little street while shopping, and it reminded me of something out of a Dr. Seuss book to be honest! It would be the perfect place for me because it was pink! I would love to live in a pink house!!! And this one looks a bit like a mansion! I think it porbably would have been more impressive in the sunlight, but because of where we were, it wasn't getting much sun :/
